I'm JaJ. I'm 43, 6ft 4, 16 stone, and a PT in training. Before that I was an infantry soldier and a mortarman, and I've spent most of my life either in the gym or running outside it. I've got a wrecked back and I'm still lifting.
Body Reps is me building towards my qualifications in public. The lessons come from what I'm being taught on my course, checked against proper sources, with a lifetime of training and army fitness behind them. If it helps me remember the names, I reckon it'll help you too.
Not done. Neither are you.

Learning it properly, sharing it as I go
I'm working towards my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, aiming to be fully qualified next year. Body Reps is built from what I'm learning on the course, checked against proper sources, and backed by a lifetime of training, from army fitness tests to the gym floor.
It starts here as a tool to help me learn, but it's being built for you. Whether you'll be one of my clients one day, you're training to be a PT yourself, or you just want to know what's actually working when you lift, this is for you.
