Lifting standards

Where do you stand?

Competition percentiles from OpenPowerlifting (public domain), Body Reps kit tiers, published gear effects, and bodyweight fitness norms. No account. Numbers are not invented — thin cells are flagged.

Lift within your limits. Get coached if you’re unsure.

Where do I stand?

Compare your lift with drug-tested and untested competition lifters of your sex, age and bodyweight.

How this works
  • IPF weight class — a bodyweight band used in international powerlifting (e.g. 83 kg means you weigh up to 83 kg).
  • OpenPowerlifting (OPL) — a public database of real competition results.
  • Drug-tested vs untested — competition categories (whether the meet was tested), not a claim about any one lifter.
  • OPL “Raw” — competition raw: belt, sleeves and wrist wraps are allowed. That is not Body Reps Raw (bar and body only).

Enter your numbers and tap Compare. Results load from local JSON.

Body Reps kit tiers

Plain language for what you wear — and what competition databases actually measure.

Gear research (short)

Small studies only. No overclaiming; gaps stay visible.

Tables by age and sex

Precomputed OpenPowerlifting percentiles (excl. THSPA/THSWPA). Toggle kg/lb above.

Bodyweight fitness norms

Push-ups, curl-ups, plank, grip and pull-ups from published sources — not body-mass charts. Primary tables preferred; conflicts and gaps listed.
